Dark Fantasies offer full refunds and cancellations on orders if requested within 24 hours of placing an order. If you fail to request the cancellation of your order within the first 24 hours your order may not be cancelled or refunded as production of your custom fantasy toy has already started. Due to the nature of our products being custom based on your personal specification, we cannot guarantee the resale of a toy we have already started producing based on your design specification. It is for this reason that cancellations and refund cannot be made once we have started production.
 

By purchasing from Dark Fantasies, you acknowledge that you are aware of our production timeline (1-3 weeks from date of purchase). You also acknowledge that these estimates are subject to change based on a number of variables, such as: delays in the delivery of raw silicone and mica pigment and not having the appropriate customization information from yourself as a customer. These factors can affect the speed in which your custom toy is produced. We will keep customers informed if we expect any delays outside of the 1-3 week production window that we have provided as an estimate. Please note that this range considers both fleshlight and dildo products. Some products are quicker than others to produce so please get in touch to find out the likely estimate for a specific toy as this range of 1-3 weeks considers both products which may not be accurate for every product we create .e.g. dildos on average can be produced within a single day. Our fleshlight models require additional steps and finer adjustments which extends the production period (this combined with multiple orders creates the delay). Our estimate does not include shipping timelines. Shipping estimates will be provided once we receive a tracking number from our delivery courier. This information will be passed onto yourself via email/SMS. We are not responsible for any delays encountered throughout the shipping process as this is completely 3rd party using an independent courier such as FedEx, DHL or USPS. You have the ability to upgrade your shipping to fast tracked but this will not affect the speed in which your toy in produced in-house at Dark Fantasies. Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. There is no payment option to bump your order up the list of priority.
 

If your toy arrives with a major flaw or defect which renders the product unsafe or unusable, we will provide a return shipping label, and once the item has been received we will process the refund or replacement. You must provide evidence within the first hour of your toy arriving to be able to receive a refund or replacement. This must be photographic and video evidence showing the damage to the toy and exterior packaging to act as proof for the damage caused to the toy and how the flaw renders the product unsafe and unusable. If the toy has been damaged during transit and the damaged has been caused by the deliver courier, we will be able to recover material costs which will allow us to send out a replacement.
 

Dark Fantasies are not responsible for any injury or harm that may be caused by these novelty items, nor can we suggest how they are used once purchased, nor do we offer medical advice. Please use your best judgment and follow safety precautions. Please ensure you review the toy before using. Refrain from using the toy if you suspect or spot any potential signs of damage that could pose as a danger and risk of injury. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the toy is safe for use in a manner that you wish to use it.
 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, custom fees, taxes and tariffs required for their shipment delivery. Whilst we do choose delivery couriers that typically cover the cost of customs, you, the customer, are responsible for any additional fees that may arise upon it's arrival in your home country. If you fail to pay an customs chargers it is very likely that your toy will be confiscated or returned to us. Additionally, if your order is returned to us due to being undelivered/not claimed, or a wrong address, the customer is responsible for any new shipping fees to have it sent again. A full refund cannot be provided in the instance of a return due to failure of customs charge payments not being made. We reserve the right to hold onto your product until you are able to repay the shipping fee/customs charges.
 

We do not offer local pickup of items. We understand that customers would like to save on shipping costs, however at this time we strive to maintain the privacy of our employees, and our home-based workspace.
 

Customers agree that by placing an order with Dark Fantasies, that they understand our artisan handcrafted process. Each item is unique, custom made, and may not look the same as sample images shown, or the customer’s ‘vision’. Colours depicted in photos may not be the same in person - due to lighting, colour combinations, differences in screens, etc. We are not professional photographers and often images are captured with a phone, making variations in real-life appearance possible.
 

Customers are responsible for choosing the colour/pour styles/fur colour/hair colour they would like, and also must include any applicable comments on the order, as to the details of how they envision their toy being created. If any of these details are missing from your order, our team will reach out to you to confirm further customization details. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of sending a follow up email for additional information our team will make the best possible interpretation of your choices and make your toy at our discretion. Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible when placing an order to avoid delays.
 

All of our products are 100% handmade and may include small indents, silicone tags, scuffs, and other irregular textures due to our moulding process. These are not mass produced, machine-made products. All Dark Fantasies products are trimmed by hand, which may leave imperfections or some flashing at seam lines. Products could also have small pigment speckles, pigment striations or other small aesthetic variances. This does not effect the performance and function of the product, these are purely aesthetic imperfections.
 

All of our products are produced, packaged, and shipped from a dedicated workspace in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. Whilst each product passes multiple rounds of inspection, to diligently inspect for flaws, and remove any potential hair or dust from toys, before being packaged, it is possible that items may not be completely debris free. We do not work in a sterile environment so there is always risk of hair/fibre traces. Please ensure you wash your toys before using once they arrive.
